TocTok is a small group of Oxfordshire-based artists whom have worked together in Oxford with schools and community groups producing Oxfords Cowley Road Carnival and Lantern Procession since 2001. We work dynamically with all groups to facilitate art workshops and create new, exciting, sustainable and imaginative artwork, developing strong and genuine participation including serious development opportunities for young people. Giving people opportunities to access arts processes, creative thinking and life skills (building confidence and establishing relationships).

We work across all sections of the community creating innovative multi-art form projects/events, that can become part of your annual heritage.

We foster collaborations between artists and make high quality, meaningful work. Community and group ownership is at the heart of all our work.

TocTok devise and facilitate adventures that will search for culture, folklore and stories within the community and use these to seed bespoke, heartfelt collaborative experiences.
Where possible we use sustainable resources including re-used materials.
